## John Mattiace

**Managing Member**

Leads the firm across business counseling, litigation, and estate planning.

John has deep and varied experience as a litigator and counselor to both businesses and individuals, both winning complex litigation cases, and providing much needed advice and counsel.

He has been trained to get to the core of the most complex legal issues while focusing on practicality and having a deep understanding of each client’s specific concerns and goals.

As a native of Central New Jersey, and having put down roots in New York City with his growing family, John’s practice focuses on clients from the New York and New Jersey area.

John has also been recognized repeatedly by New York Metro Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star,” and by Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch.”

## Ryan J. Tetro

**Of Counsel**

Real estate litigator and counselor across commercial and residential matters.

Ryan is an expert in real estate matters, both commercial and residential. He regularly handles disputes concerning real estate contracts, real estate financing, construction defects, consumer fraud, association transition disputes, and all types of residential and commercial tenancy matters.

He knows first-hand the concerns that individuals and businesses have when faced with legal issues and enjoys finding solutions that help all of his client's reach their goals.
